Instruments from India’s
oldest optics town.

ZELQON is the microscopy brand of Manav Enterprises, a proprietorship concern operating from Ambala Cantt, Haryana — the cluster that has supplied India’s scientific instruments since 1947.

We assemble, align, collimate and test optical microscopes in-house. Objectives and prisms are sourced against our own inspection standard; mechanical stages, focus blocks, illumination and electronics are integrated and burn-in tested on our line before a serial number is issued.

Every ZELQON instrument leaves the bench with a signed optical test record, a two-year warranty and a documented spares path. That record is what a procurement officer actually needs, and it is what we build the company around.

LabScope Imaging, Metallo licence — calibrated measurement, region-of-interest grain counting and ASTM grain size on a live ZQ-D12 feed.

A camera that only streams a live image solves half the problem. ZELQON digital configurations include LabScope Imaging — our own Windows measurement and reporting suite, written and supported in Ambala.

Interchange. All ZELQON eyepieces are ø23.2 mm and all finite objectives are RMS threaded, so optics move between Iris 100, 300 and 500 stands. Infinity objectives are not interchangeable with finite stands.

Warranty

Two years on the complete instrument from date of installation, covering optics, mechanics and electronics against manufacturing defect. Five years on LED illumination assemblies. Warranty excludes fungal growth arising from storage outside the stated humidity range, and physical damage.

Installation & training

Included within Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand. Elsewhere, quoted per site or arranged through the consignee.

Fungus. All ZELQON optics carry anti-fungal coating, which slows growth but does not replace dry storage. In coastal and monsoon regions we recommend a desiccator cabinet on every bench.
